Legal Service Plan Sellers

1. Register as a seller of legal services plan

Pursuant to §59.1-441.1 et seq., Code of Virginia, sellers of legal services plans in Virginia must register with the Office of Consumer Affairs at the Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, regardless of previous licensing status with any other agency.

Payment of the registration fee is by VISA or MasterCard only. Credit cards from a third party other than the registering individual are accepted. If you do not have a VISA or MasterCard, please contact your head associate or your plan’s corporate representative for further assistance. The registration fee is non-refundable.
