Agency Agreement
Outlines the Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (VDACS)
Food Distribution Office's and receiving organization's responsibilities
concerning USDA-donated foods for public and private schools.
Civil Rights Complaint Form
To record any complaints about discrimination in the distribution of USDA
foods.
Distributor Contract Price List
These are the per case fees charged by the distributors under contract to
deliver USDA foods in each region of Virginia. Public schools should be prepared
to pay the full per case fee if VDOE is not able to continue this fund
diversion in the future.
Distributor Contract (General Terms Section)
Here are the general requirements common to the current VDACS commercial
distributor contracts. Recipient agencies can review exactly what services
their distributor is required to provide and potential distributors can review
the information to determine interest and qualifications to bid.
Food Service Management Contracts
These are the provisions for every organization in Virginia that receives
USDA-donated foods and has a Food Service Management contract to prepare
and/or serve meals. The Food Distribution Program RCM staff must review and
approve food service management contracts if USDA-donated foods are being
received and utilized.
