Governor Timothy M. Kaine announced that Agriculture and Forestry have an economic impact of $79 billion annually in Virginia. "Remember that number - $79 billion," the Governor said.

Joining Governor Kaine were, left to right, Carl Garrison, State Forester; Bill and Reggie Nelson, owners of Colonial Acres Farm; Todd Haymore, Commissioner of the Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services; and Robert Bloxom, Secretary of Agriculture and Forestry.
