Pollinator Protection Plan listening session scheduled for January 26 in Warrenton has been cancelled
Contact: Elaine Lidholm, 804.786.7686
The listening session for The Pollinator Protection Plan in Warrenton scheduled for Tuesday, January 26, has been cancelled due to road conditions and will be rescheduled at a later time. We will send out an announcement when the meeting is rescheduled and also post information on Twitter.com/VaAgriculture/ and Facebook.com/VaAgriculture.
VDACS will hold seven meetings around the Commonwealth to give farmers, landowners, beekeepers and pesticide applicators an opportunity to provide input on the development of the plan. Development of a Virginia Pollinator Protection Plan is part of a national effort by state and federal departments and agencies to reverse pollinator losses and help restore pollinator populations.
