Virginia Board of Agriculture and Consumer Services to Meet, Hold Public Hearing Dec. 6 in Richmond

The Virginia Board of Agriculture and Consumer Services will meet on Thursday, Dec. 6, in Richmond Va. The meeting will begin at 9 a.m. in the Patrick Henry Building, East Reading Room, 1111 E. Broad Street, Richmond.

10 A.M.  Public Hearing – Proposed Regulations for 2 VAC 5-115 (Regulations for Determining Whether a Facility Meets the Purpose of Finding Permanent Adoptive Homes for Animals) - Dr. Charles Broaddus, State Veterinarian and Director, Division of Animal and Food Industry Services. After the hearing, the Board will resume its regular meeting.
