VDACS Commissioner Jewel Bronaugh Issues Statement on USMCA

The Virginia Department of Agriclture and Consumer Services Commissioner, Dr. Jewel Bronaugh, issued the following statement today on the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA):
"The USMCA will enter into force on July 1. VDACS supports the implementation and enforcement of USMCA, as it is beneficial for Virginia farmers and the state’s agricultural industry. This trade agreement supports the export growth of Virginia Agriculture by maintaining and improving market access in Canada and Mexico."
