Special Comments: Bison are grass-fed, grain and grass finished.  No feed lot used, no steriods, antibiotics or growth hormones used.  All meat is USDA inspected and vacuum packed and frozen.  Meat also available at farmers markets  - see Web site for details.  We offer farm tours by appointment.  Ask about our weekend cottage. 
Products: Bison meat - retail cuts, special order cuts, sides and whole animals as available.  We also have mounted heads, rugs and hides.
