Farmers' Market Week 2014 ~ Sunday, August 3 – Saturday, August 9

Virginia farmers’ markets bring social, economic and agricultural benefits to communities that host them.  Community leaders, organizations, policy makers, consumers and marketers are establishing and managing farmers’ markets to revitalize their communities and promote their unique sense of place. Markets provide a blend of farm, food and artisan businesses and showcase the sights, sounds and smells of a community drawing citizens and tourists alike.
