Spring is here and Virginia Grown vegetables are becoming more available. You'll now find fresh greens and herbs, and soon you'll find fresh asparagus, peas, spring onions and strawberries. Virginia Grown meats and eggs are available year-round. Ask for Virginia Grown when visiting your local supermarket and before you know it, Virginia farmers' markets will open for the spring and summer season. Many farmers' markets host opening celebrations in late April and early May. Virginia Grown, fresh from the farm, fresh to you!
