Two Virginia Agribusinesses to Exhibit at Gulfood 2020

Two Virginia agribusinesses will exhibit at Gulfood 2020 in the Dubai World Trade Centre in the United Arab Emirates, Feb. 16 – 20. Commercial Lynks Inc. and Global Food Connection Inc. will exhibit at the world’s largest annual food and beverage trade show with support from the Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (VDACS) Office of International Marketing.
“We are pleased to help these Virginia agribusinesses connect with international buyers at Gulfood 2020. This trade show is essential for conducting business and boosting exports in the growing Middle East market,” said Dr. Jewel Bronaugh, VDACS Commissioner.
Founded in 1999, Commercial Lynks Inc. is based in Alexandria, VA. The company offers a range of high-quality agriculture and food products for export such as meat, poultry and eggs, dairy products, pulses, grains, beans and vegetable oils, fresh fruits and vegetables and animal feed.
Global Food Connection Inc. was founded in 1999 in Richmond, VA. The company facilitates the procurement, assembly and shipment of food service, retail and commodity products for the international market. Some of these products include dairy, beef, poultry and pork. The company will also represent the following three other Virginia’s Finest companies in their booth space.
Gulfood is the premier event in the region for showcasing new food and beverage products and connecting suppliers with buyers and distributors. With more than 100,000 visitors from 200 countries, Gulfood is an important event for food professionals looking to source the latest products, gauge market developments and connect with global suppliers.
