Why Exhibit?

Trade shows can be critical to your company’s success.  Wholesalers, retailers and manufacturers across the country are looking to the specialty food industry for those products that are not routinely found with the giant food manufacturers.  The Virginia Food and Beverage Expo provides a unique sales opportunity by exposing your products to hundreds of food and beverage trade buyers in one location. This is your cost-effective marketplace and your opportunity to generate sales and sales leads, build awareness of your company and its products, showcase current and new products and enhance your customer relations.

Exhibitor Information

Exhibitors at the Virginia Food and Beverage Expo on May 14, 2008, must be Virginia companies that grow, produce or process a food or beverage product.  Products must have a Virginia address on their label.

The cost for exhibiting at the show is $340 for a 10’ x 10’ booth without electricity.  Please see the registration form for other booth options.  If you would like to exhibit your Virginia food and beverage products at the Expo, please print the Exhibitor Registration form and return it with your payment to the Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.  After registration and payment are received, an exhibitor information packet will be mailed to you.

Save $25 when you send in your Exhibitor Registration form and payment postmarked no later than March 28, 2008.  See registration form for details.

To reserve booth space, please print and complete the Exhibitor Registration Form and mail it with your payment. Checks, Visa or MasterCard accepted. Sorry, online registration and payment processing are not available.

I-95 North Bound: Take exit #74C.  Merge right onto Broad St.  Make a right onto Third St. until you reach Leigh St.  Turn right and the entrance to the Loading Dock is located to the right at the corner of Leigh and 3rd St.  The show is in Exhibit Hall C.
I-95 South/I-64 East Bound:  Exit I-95 to the I-64 East/Third St. exit #75.  Bear to the right for 3rd St.  Continue until you reach Leigh St.  Turn left and the entrance is located to the right at the corner of Leigh and 3rd St. The show is in Exhibit Hall C.
I-64 West Bound (from Airport): Exit #190 Fifth St. exit.  Proceed to Fifth and Jackson Streets.  Turn right onto Jackson and proceed to Third St.  Travel until you reach Leigh St.  Turn right and the entrance is located to the right at the corner of Leigh and 3rd St. The show is in Exhibit Hall C.
