The last Virginia Food and Beverage Expo featured 130 Virginia food and beverage producers.
How many buyers attend the Expo?
Recent Expos have attracted from 800 to 1,500 buyers from the specialty food and wine trades.

The Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services awards the Best New Product Diamond Award during the Virginia Food and Beverage Expo. Products are evaluated on the basis of originality, taste/aroma, creative packaging, visual appearance and presentation. In addition to the Best New Product, awards are presented for the Best New Food Product and the Best New Beverage Product. At the last Expo, 41 new Virginia products were featured in the Best New Product Award competition. Popular food writers, editors and chefs serve as judges. If I’m a Virginia food and/or beverage producer, how do I select my exhibit booth space?
Refer to the floor plan for both numbers. Select a first, second and third choice and indicate those choices on the Exhibitor Registration Form. We will do our best to accommodate your choices; however, we reserve the right to alter booth arrangements when unforeseen situations warrant it. Show management will finalize booth numbers closer to the show date.
May I bring my children with me?
No one under age 18, including infants, will be admitted.
