Virginia Beer Distribution Company
The Virginia Beer Distribution Company (VBDC) was established by the Virginia General Assembly in 2024. VBDC is a non-profit, non-stock corporation housed within the Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (VDACS) to provide wholesale beer distribution services for licensed Virginia breweries. Many breweries in the Commonwealth have been eagerly awaiting the ability to have this distribution services similar to the Virginia Winery Distribution Company that was established in 2007. The VBDC board is composed of two members of the Virginia Beer Wholesalers Association, two members of the Virginia Craft Brewers Guild, and the VDACS Commissioner.

The Board will hold quarterly meetings. Meetings will most likely be across the commonwealth at a brewery or wholesaler location.
