Virginia Winery Distribution Company Board
Established in 2008, the Virginia Winery Distribution Company (VWDC) is a non-profit, non-stock corporation created by the Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (VDACS) to provide wholesale wine distribution services for Virginia farm wineries. Many wineries in the Commonwealth use VWDC to distribute and personally deliver their wines to local retailers. The VWDC Board is composed of two representatives nominated by the Virginia wine wholesale industry, two representatives nominated by the Virginia wine industry, plus the VDACS Commissioner.

2025 Meetings/Public Hearings
The Board holds quarterly meetings each year, in March, June, September, and December. Meetings are conducted in various locations, depending on space availability.

The Virginia Winery Distribution Company (VWDC) will discuss the promotion and development of Virginia wine as related to the wholesale wine distribution.
The VWDC will entertain public comment at the conclusion of all other business for a period not to exceed 30 minutes. Any person who needs any accommodation in order to participate at the meeting should contact the person identified in this notice at least five days before the meeting date, so that suitable arrangements can be made for any appropriate accommodation.
