HOME SERVICE CONTRACTS
The Office of Charitable and Regulatory Programs (OCRP) is responsible for administering the Home Service Contract Providers Act in the Commonwealth. Providers of home service contracts are required to register with OCRP in accordance with the Home Service Contract Providers Act.
