PREPAID LEGAL SERVICE PLAN SELLERS
The Office of Charitable and Regulatory Programs (OCRP) is responsible for administration of the Virginia Prepaid Legal Services Plan Act. Sellers of prepaid legal services plans are required to register with OCRP in accordance with the Virginia Prepaid Legal Services Plan Act. Prepaid services plans offered by a Legal Services Organization are regulated and licensed by the State Corporation Commission.
